About Our Speakers:
David’s life experiences in the kitchen span 39 years. As a restaurant owner, chocolatier, and culinary educator, he lives and breathes food. Jim has dug soil since he could crawl. His passion for growing things and creating with them evolved into a 35 year career in horticulture, urban farming and the floral arts. Together for over 20 years has meant a lifetime of celebrations with friends and family giving them much to share.
