Dragon Boat Charleston is more than a group of paddlers, they are friends and family. Donating to DBC helps many cancer survivors feel connected to a cause. As a team member, I love that feeling when you come to practice, everyone knows your name and they are genuinely excited to see you. When you are going through chemo, radiation, surgery or treatment, you always know you have your DBC family by your side. This festival is the largest fundraiser for DBC and it helps members participate in a sport that gives them the wellness physically but also emotionally. I AM a stage 4 colon cancer SURVIVOR, 15 months and counting! Please donate to our cause.
