Some call it a "floating support group," some call it a family. Whatever it is... it's fun!

Dragon Boat Charleston (DBC) offers cancer survivors a way to "hit the restart button" after diagnosis and treatment as well as involve supporters from the Charleston community.

"DBC provided me with a vehicle to prove to myself that cancer was not going to rule my body or my life after treatement. Along with a group of like-minded individuals, I've challenged my body in phyiscal and mental ways that would have seemed inconceivable before cancer" ~Michele

DBC is open to cancer survivors and the general public. We wlcome experienced paddlers and those new to the sport. All fitness levels are encouraged. There is a place in the boat for everyone!

Dragon Boat Charleston embraces cancer patients, survivors and community members who support cancer survivorship! Membership for cancer patients and survivors is FREE. The annual fee for our Community Supporters is $125 and covers Winter Wellness activities, race registration fees, and assists DBC in operating our programs and services for all. Thank you for your support!

Membership dues are not tax-deductible as the benefit to the individual outweighs the cost of the membership.
