Welcome to the 2026 Charleston Dragon Boat Festival!

We're excited that you're joining us on May 2 to support cancer survivors right here in the lowcountry! Dragon Boat Charleston has been redefining cancer survivorship since 2003, and we couldn't do it without our community's support.

PLEASE NOTE:  The TEAM CAPTAIN must first register/form the TEAM before PADDLERS can register. 

Two easy steps for Paddlers and Team Captains to register:

STEP 1: EVERYONE MUST SIGN THE PARTICIPATION WAIVER. CLICK HERE TO SIGN . SIGNING THE WAIVER DOES NOT REGISTER YOU. YOU MUST COMPLETE STEP 2.

STEP 2: SCROLL DOWN TO COMPLETE YOUR REGISTRATION. 

TEAM CAPTAINS:

• Please register your team before notifying your paddlers. Remember to share the registration link with them after you've received notifcation that your team has been processed.
• Please give your paddlers the CORRECT NAME of your team so that they can easily find it in the drop down when they join. Some teams have very similar names and some teams change their names yearly. It can be very confusing for the paddlers.
• All team registration fees must be paid in full. There is no option for payments by individual paddlers.
• Early Bird rate ($900) must be paid in full by check or credit card by January 16.
• Regular registration payment ($1100) deadline is April 1.
• Teams may register without full payment but must notify Sarah at sarah@dragonboatcharleston.org to make arrangments. 

PADDLERS: Please read all directions before registering. 

• Make sure you know your team's correct and current name before you register. Check with your team captain if you're uncertain.
• There are two steps you must complete:
  •  Step 1: You must sign a waiver ( CLICK HERE TO SIGN ). This is not your registration for a team (see step 2 below) . This form allows you to be on the water. 
  •  Step 2: You must a join a team and complete your registration. 
• When registering, select TEAMMATE and choose your team from the drop-down menu. Make sure you join the correct team. If you do not see the name that your team captain has given you, contact your team captain. Do not create a new team.
